Chocolate fudge pots

These are the perfect, indulgent Valentine's Day dessert for two. Fudgy, deeply chocolatey and covered in melting and rich ice cream, adorably topped with heart sprinkles, it is the ideal choice for a special treat for your sweetie and yourself. Best yet, you can make them with your significant other in the kitchen- they are simple, fast and easy to make. Enjoy! Ingredients: 4 ounces milk chocolate 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream 1 egg yolk 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar 6 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon baking soda pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Vanilla ice cream heart sprinkles Method: Preheat the one to 325 degrees F. This is an incredibly delicious, healthy meal that in super easy to whip up on a weeknight or for a fancy dinner. The panko topping on the fish is addictive and keeps the fish tender, moist and flaky. Sweet potatoes and broccoli add color to the meal, nutrition and are absolutely divine roasted. The onions are the perfect decadent side without being actually decadent! This is a total stand by fish recipe- feel free to rotate in season veggies. Chicken, strawberry, feta and balsamic salad

Meal prep chicken breasts can be so dry, dull and boring. I came up with this method of preparation to ensure moist, tender chicken that was still healthy and flavorful while still being enough of a blank canvas to blend into any meal. Braising in white wine while generously seasoned does the trick. I love strawberries and balsamic vinegar. The strawberries release their juices and become sweeter as they macerate in the vinegar. It makes for a heavenly addition and dressing to a salad. Add salty, fragrant feta cheese, healthy baby spinach, perfectly crunchy, fatty pecans and the meal preppier chicken breasts, and we have a salad to satisfy any critic. Enjoy!
